We spent the weekend on the boat. Electrical work, getting her sorted. We slept on board with the dogs. I love waking up on the boat under all conditions. This morning I woke up looking through the hatch above me at the mast and rigging, and figured that the slapping sound was the main halyard I should have pulled tighter (we run it through two snatch blocks on the sail bag away from the mast). It’s the double yellow line to the left.
So I got up, wandered around the boat and looked down the breaker beyond Vingilótë towards the bay.
