After two days of sailing, 14, 15 hours of which in gale conditions, we made it to Shilshole marina.
The wind, in the marina was still at 15 knots, away from the dock.
Fortunately our friends Shawn and Geri are lives boards and Shawn came out to catch a line and tie it onto a cleat. That saved us a ton of pain and anguish!
We tidied her up, neatened lines, put everything away, got her on shore power, and made certain she’s well tied to the dock. We have two lines at the bow, crossed forward and aft spring lines, and two lines at the stern, all one inch nylon docking lines, and we have nine fenders out!
Good night, y’all!

Glad you made it in safely. Yell if you need anything while you’re there.
Looks like good times and good learning experiences.
